Red Wine Herbal Vinaigrette

Our Red Wine Vinagrette is an original recipe that we create from the fresh

herbs we grow here on the farm. It is made with organic herbs blended with organic olive oil

and organic red wine vinegar. Sold in two sizes:

Lemony Lemongrass Vinaigrette

Our Lemongrass Vinaigrette is our newest dressing and the current farm favorite.

It is an excellent condiment to add a little zest to salad or

as a versatile marinade for barbeque or to liven up pasta or a stir fry.

Hawaiian Chili Pepper Hot Sauce

Our Hawaiian Chile Sauce is made from our very spicy Hawaiian Chili Peppers.

We would rate this as an 8 on the "spicy scale". We add lots of flavor to go along with the spice. To do this, we throw in green onion, cilantro, and lime juice which are produced on our farm. This gives it a unique flavor that pepper lovers will have to taste to appreciate.
