All of our organic sauces are made from 100% organic ingredients most of them

are certified organic except for the lemongrass vinaigrette which is a new item

that hasn't been inspected yet. The herbs are all grown here on the farm and the peppers

in the hot sauce are grown here as well.

 

Red Wine Herbal Vinaigrette

Our Red Wine Vinagrette is our original sauce that we created from the fresh

herbs we grow here on the farm. It is made from Organic herbs as well as organic Olive Oil

and Red Wine Vinegar. We sell them in two sizes a 5 oz. and 10 oz. bottle.

Lemony Lemongrass Vinaigrette

Our Lemongrass Vinaigrette is our newest sauce and current farm favorite.

It is a excellent sauce for anybody wanting to add a little zest to their salad, or

even a better marinade for barbeque or adding to pasta or stir fry's.

Hawaiian Chili Pepper Hot Sauce

Our Organic chile sauce is made from our very spicy Hawaiian Chili Pepper.

I would rate this as a 8 on my spicy scale. We make sure to add lots of flavor to it

as well as the spice. We throw in some green onion, cilantro, and lime juice to give

it some more flavor than your typical hot sauce.
